Techno Guards' innovative idea wins at STEMposium

The Techno Guards presented their innovative program connecting FIRST and FIRST Tech Challenge teams with STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) educators. The idea, "Have Robot, Will Travel!" was one of the five winners at STEMposium.

The event was held on Friday, April 1, 2011 in the California Academy Of Sciences in San Francisco. All 12 of the finalists' presentations can be viewed at their about page.

The team sets up Alice to be controlled from the information booth at the Academy of Sciences - so that she could 'greet' guests as they entered the event.
