Reflections For This Meeting:

A long but great day !!

Al explaining the concept behind our robot to a fellow competitor. Also our robot is shown in PTC on our main computer so that if our robot is away people can still see what our robot can do.

Helping another team that was having wiring issues with their Samantha module.

Our robot going to score some batons into the rolling goals.

Preparing to balance as time begins to run out!

Geek Squad asked us to join them and even though we were ranked 3rd we agreed to join up with them.

We made it to the finals!

Having a gear fall off we quickly had to repair it between rounds. Although it was fast we ended up calling a time out cause we had people and judges asking us questions about our robot!

We end up talk stradegy on the fly to try and win the match.

We line up with the rolling goal to dump some in for extra points.

As the clock start ticking the other team gets ready to balance so we start to push both of them off the bridge.

At the end we were able to balance with our partner as they did the same. Allowing us to have the first ever 4 balancing robots in the world.

We look over the game as the ref also looks at the score. We ended up tying up this game to cause us to go one more game. Although we did well we ended up losing our final round.

At the award cermony we were awarded the Inspire Award and a Finalist Alliance Award. We took a picture with the head ref Mark.

Another photo of us, this time with Jill from Playing at Learning as they made it possible for this tournament.
