Techno Guards volunteer at FLL Regional Competition
The Sacramento Regional FLL tournament was held at St. Francis High School (home of the Fembots FRC team). The Techno Guard team members volunteered as robot inspectors an spent the day looking at all the robots and encouraging the FLL teams
Techno Guards promote FIRST at Auburn Community Festival
The Techno Guards had a booth at the Auburn Community Festival to promote FIRST.
We talked about FIRST, FTC, FLL, and even FRC to a lot of the community. Karl and Chris built a simple robot so that we could drive around and show people what we do. We also designed and handed out flyers for the community, including some that tell people how to go about starting an FLL or Jr.FLL team.
